1. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been packed and ready to collect
2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.
FREE UK 2-3 DAY DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL 48 TRACKED & SIGNED FOR SERVICE
FREE UK delivery as standard on a 2-3 working day UK service (when ordered before 2pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays).
This is a tracked and signed for service, in which the recipient or appointed person will need to be present to sign for the parcel.
This service includes shipping to Jersey & the Channel Islands (in order to have your VAT deducted please ensure you select Jersey not the United Kingdom)
You will receive an email or text message on the day of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL
International deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail and can take around 7-10 working days. This will be either a Tracked or Signed for service, in which you can contact us if you wish an update with your order. You will receive an email to confirm the dispatch of your order.

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.

International shipping made easy with our fast and convenient express delivery.
International express deliveries will be sent out via DHL on a tracked service, with the following prices:
EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £18 - approx 1-2 working days expected transit time
USA & CANADA DELIVERY - £20 - approx 2 working days expected transit time
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY - £25 - approx 2-3 working days expected transit time
ATTENTION FOR RUSSIAN DELIVERIES: We can only deliver to WORK addresses NOT RESIDENTIAL addresses. We will have to check the address with you once the order is placed to confirm this if it is unclear. If contacted please respond back quickly so we do not delay the shipment of your order.

Next Day before 1pm service is available for orders placed Monday -Thursday if ordered before 3pm

If you order after 3pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched the next working (Monday) so you will receive your items on the Tuesday. If you wish to receive your order on a Saturday you should select Saturday delivery before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.
